I am an Edinburgh based photographer, but work all over Scotland.

I really found my love of photography when I was living in Japan. After so many years of living in Scotland, I wasn’t really observing my surroundings anymore. In Japan everything was so different, and it really opened my eyes to the World around me, and I was particularly intrigued by what it looked like through a lens. I was amazed by the contrast in everyday life, and the juxtaposition of subjects and context. My first ever published photograph was selected as the front cover image on an English magazine in Japan. Since I returned to the UK, I have been one of top 25 Contemporary Scottish Artists to be showcased in the Caledoniart exhibition in London.

I got in to professional photography by never saying no to an opportunity. Over the past 3 years my photography has gone from strength to strength, not only in Weddings, but I have been involved in music video shoots, food photography for top Scottish restaurants and work regularly for magazines.
